Spring Has Sprung

Hi Fans,

Well the EMI Next Superstar had their Finale on Friday, March 23, at the Rivoli in Toronto during Canadian Music Week. We were not selected but did go to support and meet some of the artists we were in competition with.

I would like to congratulate Kat and NIL who tied for first place. Both of these artists will have their single released by EMI Canada. That's cool. 

The second season will start soon and I think we will stay in for another go. It's a great place to meet Canadian talent and hear what the future will bring.

Our CD Release is coming up soon. Please join us on Friday, April 13th at Monarchs Pub in the  Delta Chelsea, 33 Gerrard Street West in Toronto. We will be on at 9:00PM to play songs from or debut EP, 552010 and we'll have a few new ones in there as well.

The Davis Barrett Trio will be on after us so we hope you can stick around to check them out as well. There is no cover charge.

Next EMI Superstar

There's only days remaining in the final round for the MOA Next EMI Superstar contest. Soon, they will select the top 10 for the semi-final live performance and then the top 5 will move on to the showcase.

Next Up - Our CD Release Party

We will be hosting our EP Release Party at Monarch's Pub in the Toronto Delta Chelsea on Friday, April 13th. We will be opening the night and then The David Barrett Trio will be finishing it off. Still some details to work out but plan on an awesome night.

Great Time At The El Mo

Well we had a lot of fun at the El Mocambo for the Road To CMW. We didn't win though but it was great meeting some of the bands competing. It was also great seeing our fans amd appreciate the trip some made to come out and see us.

I'll try and get a picture up here if I can find one that's not too grainy.
