New Release

Leona's Sister (http://www.leonassister.com/) found themselves back at Phase One Studio (http://www.phaseonestudios.com/) recording a couple of new songs to start the year.

 
Again, with producer David Barrett (http://www.noisytrade.com/) and engineer Jeff Pelletier in the control room, they managed to complete 2 new songs.
Tracking for the songs was done on January 13 and then, after having a bit of time to contemplate, they returned on January 27 to do the final mixing.

The first of the 2 songs, Five Secrets, will be making it's debut on the New Driven Radio Show (http://NewDriven.Tumblr.com) and airing on their syndicated show, Torqued, on February 4. The first broadcast will be on Mojo Radio (http://mojoradio.us/) which airs at 11am EDT.

January also found the band playing at Schuey's Bar and Grill in Toronto for Carla's 50th birthday bash.

Leona's Sister will also be playing at the Rockpile in Toronto on February 24th. This is part of an Indie night scheduled for the club. The band will hit the stage around 8pm.
